TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • PRODUCTIVE CAPACITY of cold cut meats from only a few kgs. to 150/300 kg. per cycle.
  • TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY controlled by an electric panel with easy calibration.
  • POSITIONING of cold cut meats on a suitable removable cart.
  • CURRENT: it is possible to use a voltage of 220 V. monophase or 380 V. Triphase with substitution only of the plug.
  • CONFORMITY according to the normatives that are in force.
  • WARRANTY PERIOD comes supplied with replacement parts that are directly changeable by the customer while offering extreme simplicity in assemblage.

This equipment is addressed to:
Butcher shops, delis, agriturimos, small delis and all who would like to have a typical and differentiated production. It is advised in case of particularly hard water, to ask us for a water softener.
